Maximum Diameter (if limited)
>  The most efficient format for your profile is in .dwg or
.dxf file format.  However, you may supply complete
dimensions any way that works best for you (fax
dimensioned drawing, wood sample, etc.)

When you accept a quote from us, we will
ask for a P.O. number.  You will then receive
an approval drawing for your signature before
production begins.

occurrences of miscommunication in

If the performance of our tool is not
satisfactory, we may first have the
opportunity to do all that can be done
to correct the performance as quickly
as possible.  If you remain unsatisfied
after we have made modifications, we
will refund your payment.  

We retain the right to manufacture a
tool without guaranteeing
performance, at the customers risk,
which will be made clear in advance.  
Some machine parameters, material
difficulties, or other
environmental issues may lead us to
advise you of this risk.
